In his current role as Director at Hall Chadwick WA, Justin Manolikos has been providing strategic, taxation and business services for over 25 years. He sits on the Board of 3 not for profit organisations. He is a Fellow if the ICAANZ.
He promoted Danny’s world title boxing events including 3 of the largest boxing events in Australian history as head of Green Machine Boxing. He is also the company director of various private and public companies. Justin has been a very quiet achiever yet instrumental in the background ensuring the smooth sailing of the campaign operations from a Board perspective with invaluable and extensive input since the campaign’s inception in 2012.

Jonty Bush is the Member for Cooper, in the Queensland Legislative Assembly. Jonty has a 20-year career history in making sure people can navigate government and social services, ensuring they have a voice and can participate in the decisions made for them and about them. Her specialisation is criminology. Following the homicides of her sister and father, Jonty refocused her career towards community safety and victims’ rights. In 2000, Jonty joined the Queensland Homicide Victims’ Support Group as a volunteer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2007. She was recognised nationally as the Young Australian of the Year in 2009, when she developed Queensland's One Punch Can Kill campaign. Jonty has a Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University. She has worked on Ministerial taskforces, was appointed to Queensland’s inaugural Sentencing Advisory Council and has continued to work and support government and community organisations with anti-violence and crime prevention strategies. In 2010, Jonty accepted a role in the Queensland Public Service with the Department of Justice and Attorney General. She remained with the Department until her election to the seat of Cooper in 2020, enjoying a variety of roles including the Director of the Office of the Public Guardian and Director of the Strategic Support Office. While striving to ensure that Cooper has a strong voice in Parliament, Jonty is also a member of two Parliamentary Committees: The Crime and Corruption Committee and The Legal Affairs and Safety Committee; and is a Temporary Speaker of the House.

Associate Professor Jennifer Schumann is Head of the Drug Intelligence Unit at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine and Monash University’s Department of Forensic Medicine. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Pharmacology (2006) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Forensic Medicine (2011) from Monash University. She is a forensic pharmacologist and toxicologist, with nearly two decades of experience interpreting the involvement of alcohol and other drugs in death. Jennifer’s research examines the harms associated with drugs in the community to inform Australian public health policy and practice, with a particular focus on addiction, misuse and overdose of pharmaceutical and illicit substances. She utilises her experience in Forensic Toxicology and Public Health research to draw information from numerous different clinical and post-mortem data sources, providing translational research pertinent to current Australian trends in drug use. In 2014, Jennifer was a visiting postdoctoral researcher at the Karolinska Institute and National Board of Forensic Medicine, Sweden, and the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research in Paris, supported by a Victoria Fellowship and an Australian French Association for Science and Technology Fellowship. Jennifer is an Associate Investigator on the NHMRC funded project, the Emerging Drugs Network of Australia (EDNA), a novel toxicosurveillance project contributing to a national Early Warning System, as well as Forensic Lead on the state-based project, EDNA-Victoria (EDNAV). Jennifer led the world’s first research program on coward punch assaults in partnership with the Stop the Coward Punch Campaign, which has been instrumental in reducing deaths and increasing education and awareness in Australia. She has received a number of awards and travel grants in recognition of her research, including a prestigious 2019 Churchill Fellowship. Jennifer is Vice President of the Forensic and Clinical Toxicology Association (FACTA) and Editor of The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT) Bulletin. She is also a Theme Leader at the Monash Addiction Research Centre (MARC), an Adviser for Pill Testing Australia, and Chair of the FACTA Drug Checking Committee, which produced the first guideline for best practice in analytical drug checking. She has published extensively in the peer-reviewed literature, has presented her research at conferences throughout the world, and has a strong record of prior collaboration with clinical and forensic researchers throughout the world. She is a PhD supervisor and a scientific journal reviewer for some of the top ranked international journals in substance abuse and legal medicine. Jennifer’s research has featured throughout the Australian media, including numerous podcasts and interviews on radio and television. Her research has stimulated public debate, engaged media and been directly responsible for changes in Australian policy and practice.

Christopher has a background in business psychology, neuroleadership and talent management. He is an executive coach, facilitator, and presenter. Christopher has over 25 years of HR consulting and coaching experience across Australian, European, US and Asian markets. He has built and sold three consulting businesses, listing one on the ASX as well as consulting in global firms at Morgan & Banks, Hudson Global Resources and is now Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, leading the coaching practice.

Craig Lovett has specialised in the area of event management, mobilisation and strategies for venues and global events for more than 30 years. Craig has become well-recognised for his success and expansion throughout Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. In a period covering 33 years, Craig Founded Cleanevent, which took the small Australian company to a worldwide recognised success. He is currently the Co-Founder and Partner/Principal of Incognitus. Founded in 2008, they are a global consulting and event management company specialising in the Leisure, Sport and Entertainment sector. Using simple technology combined with extensive operational knowledge to design and develop specific outcomes and strategic solutions. Craig’s global industry experience is demonstrated in running events including for 1993-2010 Australian Formula One Grand Prix, 1996 Atlanta Olympics Games, 1998-2010 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. Craig has been a pivotal figure in raising the figure of the campaign by attracting a high-powered network to the annual Coward Punch Campaign fundraising dinners his company hosts that has seen the campaign go from strength to strength.

Christine was the 19th Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police leading 14,000 staff, operating across more than 500 locations and overseeing an annual budget of $1.7 billion. She joined Victoria Police in April 2001, after serving with the New South Wales Police from 1972 and in 1994 became the first Female Assistant Commissioner in 1994. She lead the Victorian Bushfire Recovery and Reconstruction Agency after to 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires. Christine is a Fellow of ANZSOG, The Australian Institute of Police Management, The Australian Institute of Management and The Institute of Public Administration Australia. Currently Christine is Deputy Chancellor of Monash University, Chair of Monash College Pty Ltd and Board Chair of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Christine has a long-term commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and individuals. Christine teaches and is a sort after speaker on corruption, resilience, risk management and leadership Co-author with Jo Chandler “Fair Cop”, MUP 2011 Co-author with Amanda Sinclair “Women Leading” MUP 2017.

Danny Green is a former Australian boxer with an amateur and professional career that spanned a quarter of a Century. Green was the light-heavyweight representative for Australia in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and 1998 Commonwealth Games. As a professional, he held the WBA light-heavyweight world title from 2007 to 2008; the IBO cruiserweight world title twice, from 2009 to 2013; and the WBC interim super middleweight world title from 2003 to 2005.In 2014, Green partnered to launch his first health and fitness gymnasium called Greenzone Fitness. Two years later he opened his second Greenzone in the northern suburbs, both being widely recognised as the ‘go to’ facilities to train at in Perth. In 2014, with the same partners, he founded a boutique boxing and strength franchise called 12RND Fitness that now has 78 facilities around Australia, 2 in New Zealand and 1 in Singapore, with global expansion soon in the UK & United States - it is the world’s fastest growing boxing franchise.Danny Green founded the Stop the Coward Punch Campaign in 2012 to facilitate a harm prevention awareness campaign via education and publicity aimed at reducing the number of ‘coward punch’ attacks in our communities.

Wayne Healy is Managing Director at the Chartered Accounting firm Hall Chadwick WA. He joined the firm as a graduate accountant in 1985, before becoming a Partner then accepting the role as Managing Partner in 1995. He is an active member of The Taxation Institute, a former Director of the Taxation Institute National Board and has Chaired the National Education Advisory Board and Western Australia State Council. He is a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Wayne advises National and Overseas business clients on accounting, taxation and strategic matters. He brings a range of commercial and governance skills to our Board.
